I
had the amazing opportunity to grow my career in the Credit Union space. Before starting to work at Pinellas County Teachers Credit Union (now Achieva Credit Union), I did not know what a credit union was. Once I learned about credit unions, and the credit union industry, I knew I had found a perfect fit! One critical trait that makes the industry outstanding is their dedication to service, both internally to their employees and externally to their members.
I began my journey by taking a leap of faith. I took a night computer systems operator job for which I was overqualified. However, that opportunity proved to be an amazing launchpad! It led me to multiple growth opportunities, including seven promotions throughout the credit union. Ultimately, I served in the executive roles of Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Information Officer.

With 26+ years of credit union experience, 17 years of credit union management with 11 of those in executive management, I have knowledge of the latest trends in the credit union industry and a proven track record of developing credit union leaders from managers to executive vice presidents.
The common thread in all my work is developing people, successfully moving through change, delivering results, and sustaining performance.
